Introduction
Whenever you read information from me, or anyone else. It is important to understand where the information has come from. Whether it is credible, reliable, and applicable to your life. In full transparency, here is the process I use to ensure that anything expressed on behalf of myself or any platforms that I am involved with are unbiased, truthful, transparent and an exploration that promotes dialogue. Rather than facts and guru-sm to be worshipped.
I hope that each piece of curated consciousness helps simplify the complexity in your life, so that you can move from thinking to doing, acting, and embodying. So that you can enjoy the full human experience with ease and flow. Minus the noise of fake news, misinterpretation, and misinformation.
I have also added a comment section at the bottom of each blog, so that you can join in the dialogue, challenge ideas, question me directly and even share valuable information that may help others.
ONE key message
With all our REFERENCES We have done our best to reference everyone’s expert opinions, peer-reviewed science, and original thoughts, HIGHLIGHTED IN THE TEXT. So that you can go direct to the source as you read.
We also understand that most thoughts are not our own and there is a collective unconsciousness, unconsciousness, and universal mind stream of energy that is always at work.

Before we share how we source and filter our information. Let's explore 5 agreements that will shine light and transparency on the whole picture.
1. Existence precedes understanding
2. As observers we mentally & emotionally construct our reality
3. Evidence is our best guess, but not absolute truth
4. The paradox of knowledge
5. We explore you as a unique part of the whole
1. Existence precedes understanding
“What do we mean by saying that existence precedes essence? We mean that human first of all exist, we encounters ourselves, surge up in the world- and define ourself afterwards.”
2. As observers we mentally & emotionally construct our reality
R.C. Henry, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University shared that we are
“The Mental Universe” which means that “a fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer (you/me) creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a mental construction”.
Reality then is something we each create, based on our own self-realized OR conditioned thoughts, beliefs, experience/s (or lack of), and observations.
3. Evidence is our best guess, but not absolute truth
“The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, or vice versa” Donald Rumsfeld
4. The paradox of knowledge
“The more we come to know, the more we realise what we don’t know” unknown.

5. We explore you as a unique part of the whole
Like Deepak Chopra and Rudy Tanzi. We also understand and believe understand that
"You are not simply the sum total of the genes you were born with. You are the user and controller of your genes, the author of your biological story. No prospect in self-care is more exciting."
